Open Settings → Notifications. Email me about works for every form, or for one of them; a form's own choices win over these.
By email
- New response: an email whenever someone submits.
- Daily summary: one email at 8am with yesterday's responses.
- Weekly report: completion rate and drop-off, every Monday at 8am.
Times follow the time zone in Settings → Account. Nobody is sent an email that would only say nothing happened.
In the app
The bell collects sharing, comments and @mentions, responses to your forms and to forms shared with you, form changes, and security notices. Switch any of them off under In the app. Formkit announcements and anything about your account's standing always arrive.
Replies and mentions you missed
Turn on Email replies and mentions I have not seen, and a reply or @mention still unread ten minutes later comes by email once.
Browser alerts
Browser alerts on this device show a system notification when something arrives while Formkit is open in the background. For alerts when it is closed, see Push notifications on your phone.
