“We're opening a second shop in March and need a site that takes orders online. Budget is around $6k.”
Open a form's Settings → AI reply and turn on Write a reply to every response.
Your instructions
Tell the AI what the reply should do, as you would brief a colleague: who it is from, what to look at in their answers, what to offer. Start from an example if you like. Add background it may use: your services, prices, links, answers to common questions. It never makes these up; it only uses what you give it.
Where it goes
- On the form: the reply appears on the thank-you screen as soon as it's written.
- By email: sent to the address they gave, in place of your usual confirmation.
- Both.
The email
Plain text, or your branded template with the form's logo and colour. Set the sender name, a subject (or let the AI write one) and a signature. It comes from your own address when you've set one up under Settings → Email.
Try it
Write a sample reply to your latest response before turning it on. Nothing is sent.
In your responses
Each response shows the reply, whether it was emailed and whether the person found it helpful. Edit it, send it again, or write it again if it failed.
