The Responses tab lists everything the form has collected, newest first. Each row shows the time, the first couple of answers and a status badge.
The drawer
Select a row to open the full response beside the list. It shows every question and answer in order, any uploaded files, and the time taken.
Working through them as a team
In the drawer, Assigned to gives a response to anyone who can see the form, and they are told. Filter the inbox for Assigned to me, or Not assigned. Comments under each response are for the team; type @ to mention someone.
Search by meaning (Pro)
Turn on Search responses by meaning in a form's AI insights, then choose By meaning beside the search box. Describe what you are after, like “wants a refund”, and the responses that mean it come first, whatever words people used. Contact details are never sent to be indexed.
Statuses
Every response arrives New, and opening it makes it Read. Your company can add its own stages, like Waiting on them or Done, and rename or colour any of them: choose Change statuses… in the status filter (owners and admins). Set a response's status in its drawer, or several at once from the selection bar. Taking a status away moves its responses to one you pick.
Saved views
Set the filters you use often, then choose Saved views → Save these filters and give them a name. Pick the view to put those filters back. Views are your own.
Filtering
Filter by completion (all, complete or partial) and search across answers. The counts above the table update with the filter, so you always know what you are looking at.
Marking as reviewed
Mark a response reviewed once you have acted on it. Reviewed rows drop their badge but stay in the list.
