Add, reorder and delete questions

#Adding

Select a field type in the library to append it, or drag the tile onto the canvas and drop it between two existing cards. The blue line shows where it will land. Hovering the gap between two cards also reveals a small insert point. Select it to add a field in that exact position.

#Reordering

Drag a question card up or down. Press anywhere on the card that is not an input or a button, or use the grip in the card's toolbar, then drop it where the blue line shows. The card menu also has Move up and Move down if you prefer not to drag.

#Duplicating and deleting

Every card has Duplicate and Delete in its toolbar. Duplicating copies the question text, options and required state. Deleting is immediate, and a toast offers an undo.
