Notifications are set per form, in Settings. Turn on the response alert and choose where it goes: your own address by default, or any other.
Subject and body
Both are editable and both accept variables: the form name, the submission time, and any question's answer. A subject like "New enquiry from {{name}}" is far easier to triage in a mailbox than "You have a new response".
Turning it off
A busy form can produce more email than anyone wants. Switch the alert off and read the inbox instead; nothing is lost either way.
