Each seat adds responses AI works on to the company’s monthly pool: 20 on Pro, 50 on Business. It refills on the first, and Settings → Plan shows how many are left.
What counts
A response counts once, whether the AI writes it a reply, reads it for AI logic, pulls facts from it, or all three.
Adding more
Once the month’s are gone, AI credits keep it going at 1 credit a response. Packs start at $5 for 100, under Settings → Plan, and last 12 months.
When both run out
New responses simply get your usual confirmation email, and you’re told once that month. Nothing breaks, and no one is left waiting.
Failed replies
If the AI can’t write a reply, it doesn’t count, and the person gets your usual confirmation instead.
