Open a form's Analytics tab, or Analytics for all your forms. Pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or your own dates. Each figure is compared with the same length of time just before it.
What it shows
- Responses over time.
- The completion funnel: how many opened the form, started it and finished it.
- Question drop-off: the question people stopped at.
- Each question's answers summed up: choices counted, ratings averaged, NPS worked out.
Everything is counted from what is stored. Answers sent from the builder's preview are you testing, and count nowhere.
Where people come from (Pro)
On Pro and Business, see where people came from, their campaigns (from utm_campaign in the link) and their devices.
Exporting
Export the figures as CSV, or as Excel on Pro and Business.
AI insights (Pro)
Forms with AI replies also get an AI insights section. See AI insights on your responses.
