One rule per line, and the path it sends people down.

A rule can hold more than one group of conditions. Each group joins its own conditions with AND or OR, and the groups are joined the same way. So “(budget over £20k and a company email) or they asked for a call” is one rule. Select Add a group under a rule's conditions.

Comparisons

The comparisons follow the question: choice questions offer is, is not, is any of and is none of; numbers offer at least, at most and between; dates offer on, before, after and between; text offers contains, starts with, ends with, email domain and a pattern. A condition can also read a calculation's result.

Several endings

Under Endings, add a different last screen, say one for people who qualify and one for those who don't, and finish on it with a rule's End with. Each ending can have its own button, or send people straight to a page.

Hiding options

Hide options on removes some of a choice question's options when the rule holds, and any it hides are un-picked.

Limited places

In a choice question's settings, turn on Limit places and type how many people can pick each option: seats, slots or tickets. A full option can't be picked, and the form shows how many places are left.
