Describe a rule
At the top of the Logic tab, say what should happen in your own words, for example “if the budget is over £20k and they found us on Instagram, skip to the call page”. The AI writes the rules against your questions, and you add the ones you want. Nothing is saved until you do. On every plan.
AI decides
A condition can ask the AI a yes-or-no question about an answer, such as “does this mention a deadline?” or “does this sound unhappy?”. The form asks when that answer's page is finished. Choose what to assume until it answers: if the AI can't answer, or your checks run out, the form goes on with that.
Pull a fact into a hidden field
In a hidden field's settings, turn on Fill it in with AI, pick the answer it reads and say what to pull out, for example “their budget in pounds, as a number”. The value is saved with the response and can drive rules and calculations.
The allowance
Each response that goes through AI logic counts once towards your company's responses AI works on, however many checks it needs, and the same response is never counted twice. Settings → Plan shows how many are left. Once they run out, AI credits keep it going, 1 credit a response.
