Open a form's Settings → AI and turn on Let people ask Formkit AI. A button appears in the corner of the live form.
What people can ask
What a question means, or what happens after they send the form. It answers from your form's own words. It never answers the questions for them, and for anything else it points them to you.
What it costs
Each question it answers uses one of your company's responses AI works on. Once they run out, AI credits keep it going. When both are used up, people are told help is not available right now, and the form itself works as usual.
Limits
Each form takes at most 300 questions an hour, and 20 an hour from any one device. Past that, people are asked to try again in a few minutes.
What it sends
Formkit AI runs on Google's Gemini. It sends the person's question and the form.
