Move a form to another company

Every form belongs to one company: your personal one, in your own name, or another company you are part of. Its link, logo, brand and plan all come from that company.

#Moving a form

Open the form, then Settings → General → Owner and links, and pick a company under Published under. The same picker is in Design → Branding. It shows when you made the form and belong to at least one company.

#What changes

• The link moves to the new company's handle, like formkit.app/studio/intake. Send the new link to anyone who has the old one.
• The form takes the new company's logo and brand.
• The form uses the new company's plan. Moving it into a Free company turns off the Pro features it used, and moving it into a Pro company turns them on.
• The new company's members can work on it.

#Responses

Responses move with the form. Nothing is lost or copied.
