#Audit log

Settings → Controls lists publishing, approvals, team changes, API keys, sign-in rules and retention: who did what, and when. Entries are kept for a year.

#Data retention

Choose how long responses are kept: 30 days to two years, or until you delete them. Older responses, and the files uploaded with them, are erased every hour. It cannot be undone, so export first if you need a copy.
