What it does
Turn on the response alert in a form's Settings → Notifications. Write the subject and body yourself, with the form name, the time and any answer in them.
When a question has a particular answer, send the alert to a particular address instead. Rules run top to bottom and the first match wins.
Switch on push on each phone and computer you use, for new responses, mentions and approvals. On iPhone and iPad, add Formkit to your Home Screen first. The bell in Formkit gets everything too.
A daily summary at 8am, and a weekly report every Monday with completion rate and drop-off. On Pro with AI on, the weekly report also says what people said.
Email the person who answered, at the address they typed into the form's email question, with a receipt they can keep. Everything Formkit sends is in the form's email log.
