Can a class have a limited number of places?

On Pro, a choice can have limited places, and it closes for new people when they're taken.

Can members sign a waiver?

Yes. A signature question lets them sign with a finger or a mouse, and it's kept with their response.

Is Formkit suitable for medical records?
