What it does
Open Version history from the form's menu to see each published version, newest first, with the date and who published it. Restoring puts those questions back on the canvas.
- Your current questions are saved first, so a restore can be undone
- Restoring does not publish until you do
- The builder counts changes since the live version
Free keeps the last 30 days of versions, Pro a year, and Business all of them. Older versions are never deleted, so upgrading brings them back into the list.
Export from above the responses table. You get one row per response and one column per question, in the order of the form. Filter first and the file only has those rows; select rows and you can export just those.

Questions
Does restoring a version lose my latest changes?
No. Your current questions are saved as a version first, so you can go back to them.
Do I lose responses when I restore?
No. Versions are about the questions. Every response you have collected stays where it is.
What is in an export?
One row per response, one column per question, plus when it was sent and whether it was finished. Uploaded files appear as links.
Can I get the responses as PDFs?
Yes, on every plan: one PDF each in a zip, or all of them in one document, up to 500 at a time. Answers in any language come out right.
