What it does
Members belong to the company and see every form, as Admin, Editor or Viewer. Guests are invited to one form as Editor, Commenter or Viewer. Members are free on Free; on paid plans each is a seat. Guests are never a seat: three on each form on Free, as many as you like on Pro.
Comment on any question, or under a response with @mentions. See who else is in the form, and read the Activity tab for what changed and when.
Make as many companies as you like, each with its own forms, logos, link, domain and plan, and switch between them beside the logo.
Approval before publishing, templates shared with the team, an audit log kept for a year, data retention rules, and sign-in with your company's Google Workspace.
