A star rating, then what they liked or what went wrong, depending on the score. A display name is asked for only from people happy to be shown, and low ratings get an offer to be contacted, with an email required if they say yes. On Pro, a review the AI reads as a fault, damage or a missing item also needs an email, and a reply to each review is written and ready, checked by a person when the AI is unsure.
