Trade customers order by the case. On Pro, calculations add up the cases, take 5% off at 10 cases and 10% at 25, add delivery, and the payment charges that total through your own Stripe. Returning customers skip the questions about their shop, collection hides the address, and orders under three cases end at a note about the minimum.

Questions about this template

Does Formkit take a cut of payments?

No. Payments go to your own Stripe account, with no cut taken by Formkit. Until you connect Stripe, orders arrive without a payment and you can invoice as before.

Can I change the discount tiers?

Yes. The tiers are one line in the calculation, and the price per case is another. Change the numbers and the total follows.

Can trade customers pay by invoice instead?

Yes. Turn the payment step off and the form still works out the total for your invoice.
