What it does
Pick a Notion page you shared with Formkit, or an Airtable base. Formkit makes a database or table in it, called after the form, and each response becomes a row. Files and voice recordings arrive as links.
Each response with an email address creates that contact, or updates the one with the same email, and adds a note with every answer.
If someone changes a response they sent, the row, record or note it made is updated rather than duplicated. Remove the connection whenever you like; what was already sent stays.
Each connection card shows the app's logo. The sign-in opens in a new tab that closes itself when it is done, and Formkit asks only for the access it needs.

Try it on your next form.
