The pet, the reason for the visit and the day that suits. Only an unwell or injured pet brings up the emergency question and a short note. On Pro, an emergency, or a note the AI reads as needing a vet today, goes to an ending that asks the owner to phone now, and AI insights flag the urgent ones in your inbox.
Veterinary practices taking routine appointment requests online, while making sure urgent cases still pick up the phone.

Questions about this template
Does the AI decide what counts as an emergency?
It adds a second check on Pro. If the owner says yes to the emergency question, they're sent to phone you whatever the AI thinks; the AI only catches notes that sound urgent when the owner said no.
Does the reply give medical advice about the pet?
No. Its instructions tell it not to guess at a cause or suggest treatment, and every reply waits for your team to approve it.
