What it does
A trigger that fires as each response is sent, with no polling and no delay. It carries who sent it, when, the form and every answer; a file upload arrives as a link to the file.
Zapier reads the form you pick, so each question shows up by its key or its wording, ready to map into a CRM, a spreadsheet or an email. Test trigger brings in the form's latest responses.
A search that looks up a response to a form by an email address, a name or any word in it, so a later step can pick up what someone said.
Zapier connects with an API key you make in Settings → Developers, which needs only Read your forms and Read responses. Revoke it there and the Zaps stop.

Questions
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
No. Formkit's app works on Zapier's free plan, within its limits on Zaps and tasks. Webhooks by Zapier, the other route, needs a paid plan.
Which Formkit plan does it need?
Pro, like every connection that sends responses on. Making the API key works on every plan.
What happens when I turn the Zap off?
Zapier removes its connection from the form, and nothing more is sent.
Try it on your next form.
Free to start, with unlimited forms, responses and members. See what each plan includes on the pricing page.
