What it does
Add Formkit as a connector and your assistant can make forms from a description, change drafts, publish when you say, and read, search and tag responses. You choose what it may do, and nothing can be deleted that way.
In assistants that show apps, reading a form shows a preview of its questions, and listing responses shows a table you can search, filter and sort, with a link to open each one in Formkit.
Switch it on for a form and someone's AI assistant can read the questions and send the answers for them, without a browser. Answers get the same checks as anyone's, plus a spam check and limits, and arrive labelled as sent by an agent.
- Off until you switch it on, form by form
- Your rules and required questions apply
- At most 60 an hour per form
- Labelled with the agent's name, and who it acted for
Which plan includes it
- Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, through the API
- Forms and responses shown in the chat
- Forms AI agents can fill in
- Summaries and AI insights through the API

Questions
Which assistants work?
Any that connect to MCP servers: Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor among them. Claude Code and other tools can use an API key instead.
Is it on the free plan?
Yes. The assistant connection, the in-chat views and forms agents can fill in are on every plan. Summaries and AI insights through it are on Pro.
Can an agent spam my form?
Agents are off unless you switch them on. When they are, each answer is checked for spam, limited to 60 an hour per form and 10 from any one caller, and labelled so you can tell.
Try it on your next form.
