Pick Paperform when
the form is really a landing page with products or bookings on it and you have a paid plan in the budget.
A form builder that works like a page editor, with rich layouts, payments and bookings, aimed at small businesses.
Pick Formkit when
you need more than 30 answers a month for free, or a paid plan priced by seat rather than a flat monthly fee.
A complete workspace for designing the form, shaping the journey, and using what comes back. Free to start.
Feature by feature
Based on each product’s own pricing page, help centre and developer docs, October 2026, and the free plan unless a row says otherwise. A dash means the feature exists but is narrower. Plans change, so check theirs before you decide.

Questions people ask
Which one is better for selling things?
Paperform has more for products, bookings and page-style layouts. Formkit takes payments through your own Stripe account on Pro, which covers deposits, fees and simple orders.
How many answers can I collect for free?
Paperform's free plan allows 30 submissions a month. Formkit's free plan does not cap them.
Do both build forms with AI?
Yes. On Formkit you describe the form and it writes the questions. The free plan includes 3 AI builds and 10 AI edits a month, and Pro can also build from a brief or a document.
Can I remove the badge?
Neither free plan removes it. On Formkit, Pro removes “Powered by Formkit” from $6 a seat a month.
